申込方法
ご予約は空き状況をご確認のうえ、お申込みフォームからメールで送信していただくか、FAX、ご来館にてお受けいたします。
How to Apply
First please make sure of the availability(status of booking), and send the online application form on our website, or download the printable version and mail or fax it to us.
支払規定
規定の料金を全額お支払いいただいた時点で正式なお申込みとなります。お申込み後１週間以内に使用料金の50％を予約金としてお振込みまたはご持参ください。残金は搬入日までにお納めください。
Payment Policy
Upon our confirmation of your payment in full, your application will be completed. You are requested to pay a 50% of your rental fee as a non-refundable deposit within one week right after we accept your application.
作品販売
作品を販売される場合は販売手数料10%を頂戴いたします。
Sales
“be-kyoto” is to receive a commission of ten percent (10%) for sales of your artworks.
変更取消
お客様のご都合で解約された場合、予約金の返却はいたしません。あらかじめご了承ください。
Cancellation
If you should cancel your exhibition for your own reason, the deposit will not be returned. Please be forewarned.
利用制限
アートギャラリーの利用は絵画、立体、いけばな、陶芸、写真、書道、テキスタイルなど幅広くご利用頂けます。ただし、お申込み時に申告して頂く内容に無断変更、虚偽または意図的な隠蔽がある場合は利用料金の受領後でも予約を取り消させて頂く場合があります。
Terms and Conditions
You can make wide use of our gallery for the exhibition of paintings, three-dimensional works, ceramics, calligraphy, textile arts, etc.We may however cancel your application even after we have received the fee, if alteration without permission, falsity or deliberate hiding be found in the contents you mention at the time of your application.
禁止事項
・特定の団体や個人を誹謗中傷するもの。
・公序に反するもの。
・その他be京都が不適切と判断するもの。
Prohibited Acts
Acts that carry out mental abuse to a specific organization and individuals.
Acts that are or may be offensive to public order.
Acts that “be-kyoto” deems unsuitable.

不測の事故や設備の免責
展示作品については細心の注意を払っておりますが、盗難、損傷、焼失、その他不慮の事故などについて当館は一切責任を負いません。ギャラリーの壁面、床、備品などを破損、紛失された場合は賠償をお願いすることがあります。閉館時はセキュリティしております。
Management of exhibits and Damage to facilities
We are giving carful attention to the exhibits, but we don't take any responsibility for theft, damages, destruction by fire, or other freak accidents. If you make damage facilities or equipment belonging to “be-kyoto”, you shall pay actual expenses incurred for recovery. The security system is activated whenever the gallery is closed.
